Rodney Skidmore, who has been in Rotary for 19 years shared his Rotary Moment this morning. It was when he received his first Paul Harris Fellow from Jock McKinzie and Jock introduced him as "Rhoda Skinner".

Lisa Brough announced that there were two opportunities to participate in a50/50 Global Grant to fund three trips to Bucharest, Romania. Carolyn Boucher and Eric Little stepped up!

Dan Jaeger announced an ocean Kayaking Family of Rotary event in Channel Islands on September 24 at 2:00 p.m. More information to come soon.

Medal of Valor Awards Ceremony

October 7, 2017 | Air Force One Pavilion at the Reagan Library

The Medal of Valor is awarded to officers for extraordinary bravery, above and beyond the call of duty, where risk of life actually existed and the officer was aware of such risk; where failure to take such action would not justify censure. Honorees and guests will enjoy a catered dinner and a tour of the library.
