1. The sign up sheet is up on an easel for this year's Thanksgiving Dinner at the Senior Center on Wednesday November 23rd

My first Rotary moment was when I chaired a committee that raised a large sum of money to start PALS -Placement and Assistance League, in Santa Barbara. 
What don't people know about me?:
I was a sailing instructor for Club Med in Cancun, Mexico.

What are you really good at?:
My Favorite Place to Vacation or Visit:
Silverton, Colorado -- ski, paraglide, ice climb and go off-road.

On my bucket list:
To not kick the bucket before I make a list.

Our club recently provided funding to translate a peace video from English into Spanish so that its message can be brought to Spanish speaking countries.  Click below to see the original video in English.
Polio Update - We're this close!
There have been only 19 cases this year of Polio due to the wild polio virus.  They have all occurred in Pakistan and Afghanistan.  The most recent case was 4 weeks ago.  Click on the link below for more information.
