Kathryn Stiles
Adventist Health Simi Valley
We had the wonderful opportunity to hear from Kathryn Stiles, Director of Mission Integration at Adventist Health Simi Valley, about the recently compiled Community Health Needs Assessment.
The assessment discovered many things about the health in our community, but one of the most pressing issues is the impact on the health of caregivers. As a result, they have been awarded a three year grant to begin a pilot program with other hospitals to help support caregivers.
She also talked about the leading causes of death and the variations in longevity within the surrounding cities.
