Holiday Bike Assembly Event Planned for Thursday, December 6
Dr. P. said to mark your calendars now to participate in the Holiday Bike Assembly event at Monte Vista on Thursday, December 6.
Target Shopping Spree Planned for December 1
Karen Thompson said we will be having our Target Shopping Spree for Children this year on Saturday, December 1 @ 8:00 a.m. at the Target on Tierra Rejada. Our budget is a little more than $4,000 so she asked members if they would sponsor a child for $200. We had 13 members step up to donate!!

Jocko Arledge thanked the 8 Rotarians who came to help clean up the yard of a resident at Friendly Village. They spent 3 hours last Saturday making a difference!
John Baxter thanked those that participated in his Simi Valley High School Breakfast Club.
Mike Mutal announced he will be giving the Simi Sunrise Charitable Foundation Fellow plaque to Craig Needham at the Rotary Club of Thousand Oaks meeting next Thursday, October 25 at Los Robles Golf Club at noon. Others are welcome to join him if they weren't at the meeting where he talked about his mom, the iron lung and her life with polio.
