Think about who would make a good member!
=====================
Our Guest Speaker this week was Tony from the Junkyard.
Tony started by giving us a little bit of his background. Tony is the son of an Italian chef. In fact, his father was the founder of Ameci Pizza and Tony was personally involved with opening 41 of the 52 restaurants in the chain. He then was trained in Italy as a chef before opening the Junkyard with Evelyn 13 years ago. They currently have over 50 employees and are extremely grateful to the community for all of the support they have received over the years. He said that if we came way with anything from the presentation, it would be that, in regard to his pizza, its all in the dough baby!
