Craig and Michelle Foster are leaving our club and moving North! This morning they honored seven people with Paul Harris Fellows! Ken Anderson received his second, Gina Engelhard received her second, Ron Hyrchuk received his third, Mike McCaffrey received his ninth, Rocky received her first and both Cindy Feig and Tim Shannon who have maxed our on Paul Harris Fellows received a special gift from them.
Updates and Honors
President Mike McCaffrey talked about how Bob Brill recently served at CPK to raise money for the Special Olympics; how there was a nice letter in The Acorn about Dr. P.; and about a wonderful article arranged by Bill Klepper about Happy Face Hill on Channel 11 recently.
Bill Klepper announced there will be clean up at Happy Face Hill this Saturday, August 4. Meet at Jerry's Coffee Chop at 7:15 a.m. - clean up will be at 8:00 a.m. Bring racks, shovels, etc.
Blood Drive Planned August 16th
Jim Lowry reminded everyone about the upcoming blood drive on Thursday, August 16. Sign up sheets are on the tables now.
Halloween Committee Volunteers Needed
Leigh Dominic asked for volunteers to be on this committee. The theme for the Haunted House will be VooDoo on the Bayou. It will run from 7-11 p.m. for two weekends.

Rosalinda Vint
Rosalinda Vint, is president of the organization Woman of Substance Men of Honor. She talked about how this organization's goal is to save one youth at a time by providing resources for youth in foster care or incarcerated who are ready to change the course of their lives. She highlighted the following:
1. Pre-Transition Program and Services
2. Post Transition Support and Services
3. Wellness Leadership Center
She talked about the various fundraising events they had and we had the wonderful opportunity to hear from one of her interns Sophie Jeffe.
