President Deb Davila held the vote this morning as to whether or not we should continue with the Cajun Festival for 2020 (Y) or hold off and not hold the festival next year and decide whether to bring it back in a different form in 2021 after the "deep dive" from Maggie Kestly and her committee (N).  The vote was 34(N) to 30(Y). The nays won.

Dr. P. reported that a fun time was had by all at the weekend kayaking trip!

Haunted House Volunteers Needed
Richard Perini talked about the additional schedule for volunteers setup. (SEE BELOW). EVERY Wednesday and EVERY Friday
Please think about coming by and helping - the location is the east side of the Town Center in the vacated Macy's.  Friends and family are welcome too!  This weekend and coming week the schedule is:

Setup Hours 
Wednesdays: 4pm-8pm
Fridays: 4pm-8pm
Saturdays: 10am-4pm

HALLOWEEN HAUNTED HOUSE VOLUNTEER SCHEDULE

 

August 11th 10:00am – 8:00pm - We will be putting up walls and again keeping the facility clean. Please bring gloves, protective eye gear, fully charged drills, brooms, dustpans, vacuums and water.

August 15th 1:00pm-8:00pm - We will be putting up walls and again keeping the facility clean. Please bring gloves, protective eye gear, fully charged drills, brooms, dustpans, vacuums and water.

August 16th 1:00pm-3:00pm Mandatory Volunteer Meeting. For anyone under 18 a parent is required to attend. We will be going over the haunt build, fire/safety, haunt rules, and answer questions.
