Bill Fox announced that we will be having on off-site meeting on Thursday, November 2 at Strathean Historical Park. After the meeting there will be a tour of the park. More information coming soon.
Relay for Life
Jake Finch reminded us to sign up to walk or donate for the upcoming Relay for Life, which will be held this coming weekend on October 21/22 at the Simi Valley Town Center. Sign up sheets are on the tables now and pancakes will be served!

Camp Rotary Clean Up - Friday, November 3
Steve Johnson said that we will be having a Camp Rotary cleanup the day before the YES! event on Friday, November 3, from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. He will let you know what kind of equipment to bring shortly.

YES! - Gregg Hartman
We had the opportunity to learn about our district's YES! program this morning. He talked about the history of YES -- started five years ago - and about the day itself.
The day is an immersive program that includes:
Classes - Ethics, BLAST (Building Life-Long Acceptance through Social Tolerance), Team Building, and Diversity.
Speakers: They all share a similar message that if you are not happy you have the power to change your life.
