The Object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideals of service
as a basis of worthy enterprise and, in particular,
to encourage and foster the four steps above.

This Week's Meeting

This morning President Deb Davila talked about Rotary's polio eradication and
how the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation
has extended their 2 for 1 match for polio donations for another 3 years,
up to $150 million per year!
We also had a wonderful speaker from PathPoint, Brianna Berry,
who talked about how the organization, established in 1964,
connects employers with employees with disabilities.
This month's theme in Rotary is Vocational Service.
Rotary's commitment to vocational service is built on the highest ethical standards
in business and professions, the recognition of the worthiness of all useful work,
and the dignifying of each Rotarian's occupation as an opportunity to serve society.
President Deb has been interviewing members each week
so we can learn more about their vocations and how Rotary has impacted them
and how they have used their profession in Rotary.
